They were assisted by the floor agent, who is the agent on duty and responsible for handling incoming calls and walk-in traffic.

However, it's worth noting that the floor agent is typically not the best agent in the office since the best agents are usually busy with clients and don't have the time to wait for new business.

During this incident, the floor agent who assisted the gay couple was actually a close straight friend of mine.
